Objective: Participants will get feedback from trainer on collaboration skills

Total Time: 90 Minutes

Material required:
Observation notes from the collaboration sessions and group project.

Instructor Note:
After learning and practising collaboration skills like teamwork, empathy, negotiation, conflict management under trainer’s guidance, participants will now receive feedback from the trainer and peer group. This session will close the collaboration module with alot of appreciation. The trainer should use this opportunity to emphasise the importance of working together.

Opening Protocol:

Greet the participants

Take attendance

In pairs, ask participants to share with each other how they are feeling

Recap the previous session by asking 1-2 participants to share with the class, what they learnt and did in the previous session

Opening Activity:

What advantages or disadvantages did you face while working in a group?

Were there any conflicts? How did you deal with them?

What would you like to say about your team-mates

20 Minutes
|
Activity 1:
-
Trainer will spend at least 10 minutes with each group separately to share feedback and improvement tips. This can be done in class or on a video call.

When the trainer is talking to one group, other groups will create a project report on MS Word or Google Doc mentioning everything they have done and learned in the collaboration module. Group representatives will send the group project report to the trainer via email.

Closing/Debrief:
Trainer will end the collaboration module by soliciting feedback, taking questions and reiterating the importance of collaboration
